Forest Gardening

  • Glengall Wharf Gardens 64, Glengall Road, Peckham SE15 6NF London United Kingdon (map)

As part of their Herb Tuesdays, a gardening for wellbeing project funded by the Good Neighbourhood Fund, Burgess Park Food Project is organising a series of 4 workshops. Join us for the last one on Forest Gardening.

Forest gardens can give a multitude of yields while supporting biodiversity and a number of other ecological functions. With this session you will get an overview of the main characteristics of forest gardens, what to look out for when designing your forest garden as well as some practical skills for maintaining the existing forest garden at Glengall Wharf.

These sessions are on reservation only. There are limited places available. To book, contact Burgess Park Food Project directly: herbtuesdays[at]gmail.com
