We are nature is a day workshop exploring the nature of our being through meditation, playful movement, guided dialogue and connecting to the more-than-human.
It might often feel like we’re more and more stretched to our limits when it comes to going about our everyday life. The world around us is speeding up, technology takes over relationships, the cost of living crisis leaves us with less opportunity and the global poly-crisis of climate breakdown, war and inequality feels like a shadow lurking over us.
This one day workshop serves as a reminder of that which truly matters: we’re at home in this body and in this world; we are nature, or life, exploring itself. When we come back to this natural place of connection, we can find the presence, resilience and courage to relate and engage with reality.
Ariyanandā from Open Ground and Michel from Social Landscapes invite you into this exploration; a day to pause and come back into yourself, and meet the world from there.
