heart circle - a place to pause, reconnect, and explore what it means to be alive in these changing times - London

  • Islington Ecology Centre 191 Drayton Park London, England, N5 1PH United Kingdom (map)

The heart circle is a space to slow down, breathe, and be together.
Here we listen — to ourselves, to each other, and to the more-than-human world we’re part of.

In these times of uncertainty, we’ll gather our stories, questions, joys, and grief, holding them with care. We’ll use simple practices from meditation, somatics, and shared inquiry to help us drop into a deeper connection — with our own bodies, with community, and with the earth beneath our feet.

Co-facilitated by Ariyanandā from Open Ground and Michel from Social Landscapes, the circle is a place where stillness and play can meet, and where new ways of relating to the world can quietly take root.

Sessions are held online and in person in London, and are funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
Registrations open 1 September.

The online sessions will be hosted on Zoom.

The venue for the in-person session is the Islington Ecology Centre, 191 Drayton Park, London N5 1PH, easily accessible from Arsenal Station or Finsbury Park.
