heart circle - exploring our inner landscape and common ground through embodied presence and relational practice

  • Story Garden (Global Generation) Ossulston Street London, England, NW1 United Kingdom (map)

The heart circle is an occasion for people to connect to themselves, others and the world by tapping into the deeper ecology that holds us all together. As a group we will create a space to contain our presence, stories, joys, vulnerabilities and insights.

This playful, yet intimate space is facilitated by Ariyanandā from Open Ground and Michel from Social Landscapes and explores our embodied presence through meditation, relaxation, mindful movement and guided dialogue.

The venue is the roundhouse at Global Generation’s Story Garden, Ossulston St, London NW1 1DF.

We’re offering the heart circle on suggested contribution between £5 and £15. We do not want finances to be the reason you are not able to join while also taking into consideration our time and expenses. You can sign up here paying what feels comfortable to you. You can also chose £0 and pay cash on the day. Please do let us know if you have signed up and cannot make it.
