No Dig Gardening

  • Glengall Wharf Garden 64, Glengall Road, Peckham SE15 6NF London United Kingdon (map)

As part of their Herb Tuesdays, a gardening for wellbeing project funded by the Good Neighbourhood Fund, Burgess Park Food Project is organising a series of 4 workshops. Join us for the third one on No Dig Gardening.

In some cases digging is necessary. In most cases it disturbs soil life, lessens soil moisture and causes weeds to grow. This two-hour session is an introduction to the why and the how of no dig gardening. Participants will walk away with a clear idea of how to start a no dig garden as well as how to maintain it.

These sessions are on reservation only. There are limited places available. To book, contact Burgess Park Food Project directly: herbtuesdays[at]gmail.com
